Privacy Policy

FPCNLR is the official app of First Pentecostal Church of North Little Rock. We are the controller of the information described here. Questions? Contact us at admin@fpcnlr.com.

We collect only what the app needs to function:

• Account & profile — your name, email address, and the contact/profile details in your church record, used to sign you in and personalize the app.
• Content you create — prayer requests, sermon notes, giving selections, RSVPs, and similar items you choose to submit.
• Activity — reading and discipline streaks, "I prayed" taps, and check-ins, used to show your progress and run features like the prayer wall.
• Children's check-in data— when a parent or volunteer uses kids check-in, we store the child's name, grade, guardians, and any allergy/medical notes a parent provides, solely to safely check children in and out.
• Device tokens — if you enable notifications, an Apple push token so we can send the alerts you opted into.

We do nottrack you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not use advertising identifiers.

To provide and personalize the app; to deliver notifications you opt into; to operate prayer, giving, events, serving, and kids check-in; and for the pastoral care and administration of our church. We process this information to run these features for you and on the basis of our legitimate interest as your church.

Prayer requests you submit may be visible to other signed-in members on the prayer wall, along with your name unless you mark the request anonymous. Don't include sensitive details you don't want other members to see. Staff can moderate or remove posts.

FPCNLRis intended for adults (church members and parents); it is not directed to children. Children's information is provided by a parent, guardian, or church volunteer only to operate check-in, and allergy/medical notes are visible only to that household and authorized children's-ministry staff.

We share information only with service providers that help us run the app:

• Supabase — our secure database and authentication provider.
• Apple Push Notification service — to deliver notifications.
• Giving provider— when you choose to give, you're taken to our church's secure online-giving page; payments are handled there, not stored by us.
• YouVersion — powers the in-app Bible reader.

We never sell your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of our community.

We keep your information for as long as you have an account and as needed for church records, then delete or anonymize it as described below.

You can update your profile and notification preferences in the app at any time. To delete your account, open the app and go to Profile → Delete account. Deleting your account removes your login and your personal app data (sermon notes, streak history, saved preferences) and anonymizes any prayer-wall posts you made (the prayer stays, your name is removed).

Your underlying membership record with the church may be retained for pastoral and administrative purposes; contact us at admin@fpcnlr.com to request changes to that record.

Information is encrypted in transit, access is limited to authorized staff and service providers, and sensitive details (such as allergy/medical notes) are restricted to the people who need them. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
